Wilton Crescent
The residential refurbishment and extension project at Wilton Crescent included the redevelopment of 7,500 sq/ft of prime residential space in London. The works merged the existing main house and mews house together, with a new basement level to create this imposing single dwelling. Redshell provided Quantity Surveying and Cost Management for the roles over three construction contracts to deliver the project for a private developer, with Lees Associates as architects. The approximate GDV of this scheme in circa £40m. Again, due to the private nature of the employer, no internal images are available.
